Q: Are your trucks licensed and properly insured? Is your staff covered under 'Worker's Compensation'?

Yes. MME Bin Rentals is fully licensed by the M.O.E (Ministry of the Environment) to legally haul Residential and commercial waste as well weare registered with the C.V.O.R (Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration) which allows us to operate commercial trucks. Our staff is experienced and fully covered under The Worker's Compensation in case of accidental injury. As well all of our drivers are well experienced in driving large scale vehicles.

Q: Will your bin damage my driveway?

Our crews care about your property and take every precaution to make sure your driveway does not sustain any damages. With our modern and advanced hook-lift system of delivering dumpsters, the bins are placed down very gently.

Q: How do I know what the weight will be for the items in my bin?

Once your bin is picked up, MME Bin Rentals will take it to a third-party facility to be weighed on a federally inspected scale. They provide us with an official receipt which we will present to the customer with their bill.

Q: Do I need to be at the location when you drop off and pick up my bin rental?

No, you do not have to be onsite when the bin is dropped off or picked up. Just let us know that you will not be there and we will make sure it is placed in the proper location. All payments can be arranged over the phone.

Q: What sort of items and materials do you take?

MME Bin Rentals can take pretty much anything that is non-hazordous. For a full list of acceptable and non-acceptabel items, visit our What we take? page.
